How to Register?
1. Register with this O2CM link: https://register.o2cm.com/?event=bbe
2. There are three options for payment. Online payment through Brown Marketplace, https://payment.brown.edu/C20460_ustores/web/product_detail.jsp?PRODUCTID=5595&SINGLESTORE=true. Payment can also be made early by mailing us a check OR on the day of the comp by cash/check. For anybody who is competing with a team, we recommend you collect the fees and pay all together. We cannot accept credit cards. Checks should be made
payable to Brown University with Brown Ballroom Dance Team on the memo line.

3. Our Student Activities Office requires all competitors to sign a waiver, which you
can access and download here. Please write "Brown Ballroom Dance Team" on the
blank for "Organization". Please sign this waiver and send the completed form
to bbdtwaivers@gmail.com. Without this waiver, you will not be able to compete!
This is a Brown University requirement.

You can choose to sign the waiver onsite at the competition. However, we strongly
recommend that you sign in advance in order to expedite the check-in process and
ensure that your dancers can take the floor on time.

Note: Currently, masks are optional at this event.  If the Brown administration
mandates a policy change regarding masks, it will be announced on our website and on
social media.
